Churchdown Parish Council have recently funded and commissioned the erection of a beautiful memorial seat within our Parish.

The seat itself is a World War 1 Memorial seat to mark the centenary of the Great War. It also serves as a memorial to the late Cllr Bill Whelan who served our Parish for many years.

It is hoped that the location of the seat will provide a place to rest for many walking and using public transport on Innsworth Lane…

Churchdown Parish council are pleased to announce that the precept requirement for 2017 and 2018 represents a nominal reduction from the 2016 -2017 figure.

The full calculation can be found on the Churchdown Website under the documents/ finance/budgets tab.
