There are two main areas in Churchdown for local shops. St Johns Avenue and at the other end of the “village” in Blacksmiths lane there is also a row of shops

Blacksmith Lane
Blacksmith Lane has a butchers, a hardware shop and a general store. The Bat and Ball pub is right next door, and oposite the pub is a haberdashery and curtains shop.

A little further up road is a Chinese take away and an estate agent. Opposit them you will see Churchdown Club.

St John’s Avenue 
St Johns Avenue is near to Cheltenham Road East. It contains a row of shops that include a newsagent / post office, a supermarket , HSBC bank, Janes Pantry and Badhams Chemist. The doctors surgery and dentist are also in St Johns. A short walk from St Johns up Parton road is also a late night opening Co Op
